How long does shipping take?

After dispatch, delivery usually takes around 1–3 weeks depending on destination, customs, and local carrier handling.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking information will be provided after dispatch when available.

Do I need to pay duties & taxes?

Every order ships with duties and taxes covered. What you pay at checkout is all you pay — no additional fees when your order arrives.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Made-to-order pieces (like ear tunnels): are final sale unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective. Please see our Return Policy for full details.
Ready-to-ship items (coming soon): may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue. We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution.
